3M have been extremely generous donating all sorts of reflective materials for use in our Child Road Safety Project in Kosovo. With no footpaths and no street lighting, you can understand how so many children walking home from school in the dark, are killed or injured in road accidents every year. We aim to provide hundreds of reflective arm bands to help reduce these accidents.

Students from the University of York organise an annual Fusion event to raise money for charity.
One of the two chosen charities for the 2007 event is Hope and Aid Direct. A big thank you to all the students for organising such a fantastic event and raising money for our charity.

A&S Print Services Ltd, Unit 22 Fanton Hall Farm, Wickford, Essex has generously agreed to provide our Truck Stickers. These stickers give us an identity, but more than that, they contribute to our safety whilst we are in-the-field by making us recognisable as deliverers of international humanitarian aid. Whether you need vehicle hire for one day or one month it's no problem. In our specific van hire section you can choose from our massive range of vans, trucks and cars to hire.

Thanks to SKY TV for the most generous donation of 60 First Aid Kits. Some went to medical centres within minority enclaves, and others to centres for the internally displaced. Even after five years there are still many families living in appalling conditions in these "temporary" shelters and camps, some under protection by British and other UN forces.

Truck King have offered us very good discounts on kit and are now our first recommended company for the supply of CB Radios, which play such an important part of our communications during the time we are away.

Maidstone Amateur Radio Society
Thanks to the Maidstone Amateur Radio Society who check out and tweak our CB radio equipment every time a convoy leaves the UK.
