Urgent Storage Appeal
Short and/or Long term storage is urgently needed in the Bristol/Thames Valley area for our palletised loads, and our two articulated 40 ton trailers and units - 80% Commercial Rates reductions are realistically achievable longer term for providing us with space, as we are a charity - we urgently need space to unload our two trailers with full and empty pallets, and bring others, to prepare for reloading for our March convoy. A volunteer convoyer recently said her trip to Kosovo had been one of the most moving and rewarding things she had done in her life so far and if her employer would give her the time off work, she hoped to raise sufficient funds, enabling her to go back with the next convoy of humanitarian aid. Do you have a warehouse or factory premises that you are not using?

Are you having to pay the full Commercial Rates on an empty warehouse?

Did you know that you can usually get 80% reduction on Commercial Rates if you let a charity make use of that warehouse. In some cases local authorities will even allow a 100% Commercial Rate reduction.
